SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic orders placed Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays) are shipped within the next day. Orders placed Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Tracking Your Order

Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

International Shipping

Regardless of the service you choose, you will be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. Please note, any refused or unclaimed international orders will not be eligible for refund. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days from the date the package arrives to initiate an exchange. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client at their cost. Returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Please ensure to clearly mark return shipment as ‘Return Goods’ on any customs or postal forms.

To make an EXCHANGE, please order the item you want as a new purchase, and allow 7 – 14 business days for us to process your return.
